THE SYNOPSIS: When Rose, Ryan’s never-quite-requited love and best friend from college, shows up to his wedding unannounced, determined to rectify her greatest mistake, Ryan’s best man, Mark, must navigate a minefield of secrets to prevent the past from rewriting the future.

WHAT DID WE TALK ABOUT: Kelly talks about the fact that the script for the film began as a stage play and how she and Reed worked to make sure her character wasn’t “hateable”, and the Reed talks about how he miraculously ended up with all the best lines in the film. He also discusses the influence of Friends on the script and the film. We talk about the challenges of directing yourself onscreen. Kelly also talks about doing physical scenes, running, etc. in high heels. Reed also discusses the editing process, getting from that always alarming assembly cut to the final film.
