Soren Sorensen’s OMAR SOSA’S 88 WELL-TUNED DRUMS has an energetic world premiere at the USA Film Festival

On Saturday, April 23, Soren Sorensen’s documentary Omar Sosa’s 88 Well-Tuned Drums injected some Latin Jazz into Dallas by way of the film, as well as the film’s star subject, Latin Jazz master Omar Sosa, himself.

Sosa had taken a weekend off from a worldwide tour with Dallas hitting the sweet spot between stops in Santa Fe and Barcelona, while Sorensen and his wife Carrie, came in from Rhode Island for the film’s debut – and, yes, some Dallas barbecue.
